Videos over 15 minutes are analyzed in chapters plus one merge pass, priced by length. A 1-hour video is 10 credits, a 2-hour video is 19. You see the price before it runs.
Episodes over 35 minutes are transcribed in 15-minute segments plus one merge pass. A 1-hour episode is 5 credits, a 3-hour episode is 13. Episodes 35 minutes and under are 1 credit.
